I’m in Montana at a town called Red Lodge. I stopped and talked with a ranger working at the Custer National Forest. He told me of some dispersed camping that sounded nice, so I will go check it out. He says there is no cell signal there so I will be out of touch for a few days.
The weather has been very cool and rainy. I may have to hunker down and ride it out.
Good you checked in and warned us so we won’t worry. Too much.
BTW, I finally figured out this picture is upside down.
That’s where I was in the hospital for my blockage a few years back. Dianna has a relative who built one of the oldest houses there. We boondocked up the valley a ways, across the creek and to the left. We rode the motorcycle up over Bear Tooth Pass and were on our way to Yellowstone when snow changed our minds. Snow on the motorcycle was not fun.
None of us feel sorry for your cool rainy weather!
